- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 12 Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Take a portion of dough and flatten it on your palm. Place an Oreo in the center, then wrap the dough around it completely.
- Place the cookie dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- For an extra indulgent treat, drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled cookies.
