Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 10 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the warm milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the flour, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the yeast mixture.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for about an hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread cream cheese over it.
  5. Crush the Oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the cream cheese.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and slice it into rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in a baking dish and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
