- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back and seasoning them with the spice mixture.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.
- Remove from the oven, unwrap, and brush both sides with BBQ sauce.
- Broil on high for 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight with the spice rub.
- Serve with coleslaw and cornbread for classic sides.
