Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Marinate the chicken strips in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the chicken strips from the buttermilk and dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, and Dijon mustard to make the sauce.
- Serve the chicken strips hot with the creamy honey mustard sauce.
