- 1 loaf brioche bread
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 package turkey bacon
Instructions
- Slice the brioche bread into thick slices.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Place the bread slices in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture over the bread.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Serve the French toast with crispy turkey bacon on the side.
Notes
- For a sweeter touch, add a sprinkle of powdered sugar before serving.
