Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the shredded cheese and mix well.
- In another bowl, beat the egg, then add the milk and melted butter.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
