- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups pancake mix

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
- In a bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the cooked sausage and then pour the pancake batter on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
