- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the shrimp in a baking dish and coat with the mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, squeeze some lemon juice over the shrimp before serving.
- You can also add some chopped parsley for garnish.
