- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
- In another bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast first in the egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian dressing for a few hours before preparing.
- Serve with a side salad or veggies for a complete meal.
