Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
  3. In another bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast first in the egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the chicken.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
