Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense pineapple flavor, add crushed pineapple to the batter.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream for added sweetness.
