- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add beef and spices, cooking until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Assemble tacos by adding beef mixture to tortilla and topping with cilantro and lime juice.
