Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup red sprinkles
- 1/2 cup blue sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out dough and roll into balls.
- Dip each ball into powdered sugar and place on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the red and blue sprinkles on top of the cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the tops crack and are set.
- Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
