  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup red sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup blue sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out dough and roll into balls.
  6. Dip each ball into powdered sugar and place on the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle the red and blue sprinkles on top of the cookies.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the tops crack and are set.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
