- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup diced peaches
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the diced peaches and mix until well coated.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, then add milk and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of vanilla extract.
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
