Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and milk.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and fold in the diced peaches.
- Spoon the batter into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool and enjoy!
