Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, mashed bananas, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before transferring to a wire rack.
