- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup mashed bananas
- 3/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, mashed bananas, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- For extra flavor, consider adding chopped nuts.
- These cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
