Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For an extra treat, drizzle melted chocolate on top of the brownies.
- These brownies can be made ahead of time and stored for later.
