Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Pour the filling onto the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, garnish with chopped peanuts.

Notes

  • For an extra indulgent treat, drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving.
