- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup chopped peanuts, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the filling onto the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped peanuts.
Notes
- For an extra indulgent treat, drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving.
- This cheesecake can be made a day ahead, which will enhance the flavors.
