- 1 package peanut butter cookies
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Layer peanut butter cookies at the bottom of a dish.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the cookies.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Add another layer of cookies and top with the remaining peanut butter mixture.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, consider adding chopped nuts in the layers.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
