Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream until smooth.
- Fold the peanut butter mixture into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
- Add the crushed peanut butter cups into the mixture and stir gently.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a rich topping, drizzle some melted chocolate over the fudge before chilling.
- Feel free to add more crushed peanut butter cups for extra crunch!
