- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup your favorite jelly or jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.
- Spread half of the mixture into the prepared dish.
- Layer the jelly over the mixture, then drop spoonfuls of the remaining peanut butter mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
