- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the corn syrup and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the peanut butter and stir until fully incorporated.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the Rice Krispies into the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 pan.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using crunchy peanut butter.
- Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
