- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, cocoa powder, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough and form a ball. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly and create a small indent in the center.
- Fill each indent with a small amount of peanut butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure to refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes if it's too sticky to handle.
