- 1 store-bought flatbread
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and layer it with slices of brie.
- Top the brie with the sliced pears and dollops of cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into pieces to serve.
Notes
- For a sweeter touch, drizzle honey over the flatbread before serving.
- You can use fresh or dried cranberries if desired.
