- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped pecans, milk, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add them to the oat mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with additional maple syrup or whipped cream if desired.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated for an easy breakfast.
