- 2 cups pecans
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread pecans on a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat until bubbly.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- In a mixing bowl, combine roasted pecans with the butter mixture.
- Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- In a microwave, melt dark chocolate and pour it over the pecan mixture; spread evenly.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer and swirl with a knife.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, then break into pieces.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon to the chocolate mix.
- Make sure to let the bark cool completely before breaking into pieces.
