- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar until bubbly. Stir in the pecans and cook until toasted.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a trifle dish, layer graham cracker crumbs, pecan mixture, cheesecake filling, and repeat.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a touch of cinnamon to the cream cheese mixture.
- Let the trifle chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
