Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar until bubbly. Stir in the pecans and cook until toasted.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In a trifle dish, layer graham cracker crumbs, pecan mixture, cheesecake filling, and repeat.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top before serving.

Notes
