Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup pecan pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a trifle dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Spoon half of the pecan pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Top with chopped pecans.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes
