- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
- Place the crescents on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
