Instructions
- Slice the flank steak into strips.
- Chop the bell peppers and onion.
- In a crock pot, combine steak, peppers, onion, and minced garlic.
- Add beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
