- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, add extra peppermint extract.
- Serve with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream for added indulgence.
