- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract, crushed peppermint candies, cocoa powder, and espresso powder.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a more intense peppermint flavor, increase the peppermint extract.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
