  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the egg and melted butter, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Stir in the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Roll the dough into small sticks and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
