- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the egg and melted butter, and mix until a dough forms.
- Stir in the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Roll the dough into small sticks and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, serve with marinara sauce.
- Make sure the mozzarella cheese is well distributed in the dough.
