- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Add a layer of pepperoni and drizzle with pizza sauce.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, then flip and repeat.
- Slice and serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping.

- For extra flavor, add some chopped bell peppers or onions.
