Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the roast with salt, pepper, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the roast on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the roast to a baking dish and pour the beef broth around it.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
- Let the roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
