- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 ounces cooked pasta
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and add the sliced steak. Cook until browned.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, steak mixture, and half of the provolone cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining provolone cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier version, consider adding jalapeños.
- Utilize leftover steak for a quicker preparation.
