- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, diced onion, diced bell peppers, shredded provolone cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For an added boost of flavor, consider adding some hot sauce to the meat mixture.
- Serve with a side of sautéed onions and peppers for a complete meal.
