- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 pound ribeye steak or sirloin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet.
- Add the onions and green bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in the beef broth, bring to a simmer, and return the steak to the skillet.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix well. Top with provolone cheese and let it melt before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the ribeye with any steak of your choice.
- Add additional veggies like mushrooms or tomatoes for more flavor.
