Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound ribeye steak or sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet.
  3. Add the onions and green bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in the beef broth, bring to a simmer, and return the steak to the skillet.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and mix well. Top with provolone cheese and let it melt before serving.
