Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until soft.
  4. Return the steak to the skillet and stir in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cooked pasta and provolone cheese; mix until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
