- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Return the steak to the skillet and stir in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked pasta and provolone cheese; mix until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add mushrooms or your favorite spices to the beef mixture.
- You can substitute the sirloin steak with chicken or ground beef.
