- 8 ounces pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 pound round steak, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Sauté onion and bell pepper in the bacon grease until soft.
- Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Stir in beef broth and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and bacon, then add cheese. Stir until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding garlic or mushrooms.
- You can substitute the provolone with other cheeses such as mozzarella.
