- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 sandwich rolls
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the diced green bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
- Serve the beef mixture on sandwich rolls.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños.
- Use your favorite cheese, such as Cheez Whiz or American.
