- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and prick them with a toothpick.
- In a saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, peppercorns, garlic, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
- Place the tomatoes in a clean jar and pour the pickling liquid over them.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before consuming.

- For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like basil or thyme.
- Use a mix of colorful cherry tomatoes for a beautiful presentation.
