Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the vinegar, water, olive oil, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, peppercorns, red pepper flakes, bay leaf, and lemon slices. Bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, add in the shrimp and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to a glass jar.
  4. Pour the pickling liquid over the shrimp, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  5. Seal and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
