Instructions
- Spread pimento cheese between the slices of bread.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwich until golden brown on both sides.

- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the pimento cheese.
- Serve with a side of tomato soup for dipping.
