  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in flour and vanilla extract gently.
  5. Pour the batter into a tube pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Once done, invert the pan to cool completely.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the drained pineapple with whipped cream.
  8. Once the cake is cool, remove from the pan and top with pineapple mixture.
