- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Add the green bell pepper, crushed pineapple, pecans, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and roll in additional chopped pecans if desired.
- Serve with crackers and enjoy!

- This cheese ball can be made a day ahead of time for easier party prep.
