Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the green bell pepper, crushed pineapple, pecans, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and roll in additional chopped pecans if desired.
