Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in the bell peppers, garlic, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the pineapple chunks and soy sauce, and stir to combine.
- Mix in the cooked rice and black pepper, cooking until heated through.
