- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the crushed pineapple with juice into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the pineapple.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
