Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Wrap each pineapple chunk with a slice of turkey bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped pineapple pieces on a baking sheet and brush with the sugar mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
