- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup pink frosting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and salt until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the mixture into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before topping with pink frosting.
Notes
- For a fun twist, add sprinkles on top of the frosting.
- Feel free to use any type of chocolate chips you prefer.
